CTS Community Work

Chamber of Commerce Leaque

The Claim Today Solicitors team are a competitive bunch and they proved it even more when a few of our boys rallied together and formed their own five a side football team.

Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry joined forces with Power League and Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer (LFBC) to create the 'Chamber of Commerce League' a series of tournaments in which teams were pitted against each other for the chance to win the Commerce Cup.

Fantastic Donation to the Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer

The boys of Claim Today Solicitors entered Group D alongside four other law firms; the perfect chance to show just what they were made of. The tournament was an incredible event that not only gave the CTS boys a chance to show just what they could do but provided a great purpose as each game led to a fantastic donation to the LFBC.

Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer LFBC

The CTS boys showed true spirit, true fight and true skill through each and every game which eventually found them entering the final!

CTS Lawyers and organiser of the event Satnam Singh stated "We were disappointed to not progress past the group stages in the first week, however we were glad to get to the final in the second week. It's just a shame we didn't win in the final. Hopefully it will be third time lucky for the Claim Today Solicitors football team."

"We gave it our all, but CTS played Amazingly"

The CTS Boys also took part in a friendly match against fellow workmates; the Don't Delay Cars team consisting of Zeb, Chinedu, Andres, Saif, Txema, Hugo and Deveinder.

CTS Solicitors Soccer Team

With a beautiful hat-trick from CTS captain Satnam Singh and some stunning work from fellow CTS team mates Brendan, Craig and Jerome, the CTS Team ended the hour long battle with a very respectable win of 6-5.

Despite their own fantastic effort Don't Delay Cars' captain Zeb Ali couldn't help but praise the opposition. "We gave it our all, but CTS played Amazingly".

CTS serving the Asian community since 1999

CTS, committed to building and supporting voluntary work in the South Asian community across the UK, has been serving the Asian community since 1999.

As a Community Support initiative, Claim Today Solicitors (CTS) have established a community fund, which will be used to make Grant Awards to community groups assisting the South Asian community in the UK. Funding assistance is available to formally-constituted voluntary groups whose membership is open to the whole community.

Assistance is discretionary and the level of assistance will be assessed according to the nature and merit of each project. We expect to see community benefits as a result of each project. The applicant organisation must own, lease or have a management agreement in place relating to any asset for which assistance is requested.

The CTS Grants Scheme is unable to assist organisations with restricted membership, such as religious or political groups, nor with normal running costs.

In an effort to keep the application process as straight-forward as possible, we will provide one application form to cover all types of projects. This form can be used by all applicant groups seeking up to £3,000 towards training, or up to £5,500 towards capital costs or other discretionary projects. We invite your applications for support from our CTS Community fund. We will consider projects that fulfil the following criteria:

  1.  Your organisation is affiliated to the charity commission or works closely with the local authority.
  2.  You are a voluntary group based in the community.
  3.  You are committed to equality of race, gender and have a commitment to general equal opportunities.
  4.  Your community work is designed to assist members of the South Asian Community.

Please complete the application form online and send this to us via email or post.
